What We Do

Real moving quotes may provide your information to other moving companies to provide you with additional information and moving quotes. Additionally, RQM and its authorized third parties may contact you by telephone, email or direct mail after booking your move, to offer you convenient services to make your move easier and less stressful. Third party services may include but are not limited to Change of Address Services, cable or dish TV services (connect, disconnect, relocate), home security services, etc.

Other than providing moving brokerage services,RQM does not provide products or services and does not make any decisions in connection with the products or services offered by to you by third parties. RQM does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any particular business and is not an agent of either you or any third party. You should use your own judgment in deciding which available product or service best suits your needs. The third party offering you the product or service is solely responsible for its offerings and the delivery of such product or service, and you agree that RQM shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of such product or service. If you want to stop receiving communications from a particular third party, you agree to notify that particular business directly and advise them that you no longer want to receive communications from them.

RQM and its business affiliates expressly reserve the right to discontinue, suspend or terminate any offering of any product or service at any time without prior notice.

If you contract RQM to provide a moving estimate and broker moving services for you, this entire agreement (only in relation to your long distance move) will be replaced with the terms of the written estimate provided to you.

Limitation on Damages

In no event will RQM have any liability to you in excess of actual compensatory damages. You irrevocably waive any claim to consequential, punitive or exemplary damages.
